  • 2/3 cup primal kitchen avocado oil mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp green leaf stevia heaping
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 cooked chicken breast
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 2 dill pickles diced
  • 1 romain lettuce leaf

My favorite way to eat egg salad

  • Dice up 1 leftover chicken breast, 6 hard boiled eggs, 1 stalk of celery & 2 dill pickles
  • Mix with dressing and serve on a romain lettuce leaf
