Quick Keto Salad Dressing

I pride myself on being able to prepare a delicious meal in under 10 minutes. Last night I had leftover chicken breast and thought I’d turn it into a keto salad but no salad dressing. I haven’t been happy with the salad dressings that I have been buying lately so  I thought this would be a good time to make my own. But I didn’t have very many ingredients on hand.
However, I was able to make the best dressing I think I’ve ever made. Remember I do keto to keep my blood sugar and insulin levels in check. So I can use a lot more fat probably than the average bear. But if you’re not concerned about the fat you have to try this dressing.
I put everything in my little baby Cuisinart and in less than five minutes I had the most delicious dressing.  It was creamy it was well spiced and I ate every last bite of the salad that I put it on.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Primal Kitchen avocado mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Good Culture keto cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup Bragg apple cider vinegar
  • 10 basil leaves
  • Adobo seasoning to taste

Instructions
 

  • Mix in Baby Cuisinart food processor.
