I pride myself on being able to prepare a delicious meal in under 10 minutes. Last night I had leftover chicken breast and thought I’d turn it into a keto salad but no salad dressing. I haven’t been happy with the salad dressings that I have been buying lately so I thought this would be a good time to make my own. But I didn’t have very many ingredients on hand.However, I was able to make the best dressing I think I’ve ever made. Remember I do keto to keep my blood sugar and insulin levels in check. So I can use a lot more fat probably than the average bear. But if you’re not concerned about the fat you have to try this dressing.I put everything in my little baby Cuisinart and in less than five minutes I had the most delicious dressing. It was creamy it was well spiced and I ate every last bite of the salad that I put it on.
