Organic Rump Roast Recipe

I recommend eating only 100% grass fed animal protein as it has Conjugated Linoleic Acid (CLA) which builds muscle instead of fat. Conventional beef which is raised on genetically engineered grains is fattening and dangerous. The complete opposite is true of 100% grass fed beef. There are a number of incredibly successful providers out there who grow their beef grazed on grass. I have been using US Wellness Meats ( for many years and I am very satisfied with their product. But there are many such organizations today that offer great beef, lamb, pork and chicken. If it’s possible, go local.
