Pumpkin Pies With Whipped Cream Recipe

  • 15 oz organic pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cup organic coconut crystals sugar (or substitute Wholesom Eryritol or Allulose)
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup half & half


  • Prehead oven to 425
  • In a large mixing bowl beat together eggs, spices and pumpkin puree.  Add half and half, beat until smooth and well blended.
  • Pour into pie shells and bake for 15 minutes at 425. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for another 35 to 40 minutes.
  • The pies are done when an inserted knife comes out clean.
  • Whipped Cream
  • In a cold bowl, beat 2 cups of heavy cream until it just begins to thicken. Add  1 cap of vanilla and ½ cup Allulose or organic cane sugar and continue beating until it thickens and forms peaks.
