Good Fats vs Bad Fats
By Dr. Renae Norton
Fats are probably one of the most complicated food groups that we have to deal with when it comes to eating healthy. People don’t understand fats, they are afraid of fat, and many people avoid fat like the plague. But fat is not fattening. Sugar, and the foods that convert to sugar and raise blood sugar levels, cause weight gain, not fat.
That said, fats can be very bad for you and damaging to the vascular system so it’s important to know the good ones from the bad ones. To that end I have created an incredible chart which I should call “Everything You Need to Know About Fat” all in one spot 🙂
