Glazed Baked Ham

In my experience, clients that are in treatment for eating disorders or obesity are typically faced with an increased risk of inadequate nutrition. To this end, I try to provide my clients and readers nutritious and delicious recipes to enjoy both during and after their recovery journey.
Eating healthy can be quick and easy once you get the hang of it. The key is in the planning. When you get into the habit of having the right ingredients on hand, meal preparation is a breeze, not a source of agony.
This glazed ham recipe is simple enough for a regular dinner night and is still perfect for a special occasion.
First and foremost, I recommend you begin with an organic fully cooked ham that is free from nitrates and antibiotics. From animals that were humanely raised and only fed organic feed, not fed any animal by-products.
To be sure that your ingredients are chemical free, look for the organic seal. It means that the USDA has certified that the food contains no chemical fertilizers, herbicides, hormone drugs or Genetically Modified Ingredients (GMOs).
Even though the ham is fully cooked, it still may take a bit to heat it through, so read your ham's instructions so you can plan accordingly.
