Egg Salad Dressing
Simple and easy recipe with minimal ingredients for those left over Easter eggs.This can be served many different ways. Choose your favorite egg salad ingredients to go along with the dressing or try my favorite way to eat egg salad.
Ingredients
Egg Salad Dressing
- 2/3 cup primal kitchen avocado oil mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp green leaf stevia heaping
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
Easy Keto Chicken & Egg Salad
- 6 hard boiled eggs
- 1 cooked chicken breast
- 1 stalk of celery
- 2 dill pickles diced
- 1 romain lettuce leaf
Instructions
Dressing instructions
- Whip together and serve with your favorite egg salad ingredients
My favorite way to eat egg salad
- Dice up 1 leftover chicken breast, 6 hard boiled eggs, 1 stalk of celery & 2 dill pickles
- Mix with dressing and serve on a romain lettuce leaf
