This can be served many different ways. Choose your favorite egg salad ingredients to go along with the dressing or try my favorite way to eat egg salad.

Ingredients
  

Egg Salad Dressing

  • 2/3 cup primal kitchen avocado oil mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp green leaf stevia heaping
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

Easy Keto Chicken & Egg Salad

  • 6 hard boiled eggs
  • 1 cooked chicken breast
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 2 dill pickles diced
  • 1 romain lettuce leaf

My favorite way to eat egg salad

  • Dice up 1 leftover chicken breast, 6 hard boiled eggs, 1 stalk of celery & 2 dill pickles
