Ingredients
  

  • 5 ripe bananas
  • 1.75 cup coconut sugar
  • 3 tbsp grassfed whipping cream
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 2 cup elkhorn flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cup walnuts chopped

Instructions
 

  • Mash bananas with fork and put into mixing bowl.
  • Add melted butter, eggs, sugar, and cream. Beat well.
  • Add dry ingredients and stir until blended. Add nuts and mix well.
  • Place into 2 small greased bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes.
